Master Keying Made Easy

Dealing with hundreds of keys? Master keying is an effective way of going from hundreds of keys to half a dozen or less. Unlike a non mastered system, where each property requires its own key plus individual keys for each unit within that property, a master key system allows for one key to unlock a network of locks (for example, all the unit and common locks of a building); for a landlord or property manager, this means carrying only a handful of keys between buildings. This greatly simplifies your key ring while still ensuring security between rooms, units and secure areas. Additionally, once a master keyed deadbolt is installed, the center cylinder (kik) can easily be replaced between tenants, moves, evictions or trade changes — without needing to change the entire deadbolt.
